Trekking Baliem Valley 8D/7N Wamena Papua

D1: Arrival in Wamena

On the day your arrival in Wamena airport our English speaking guide and driver will pick you up at Wamena Airport and transfer you in the Baliem Pilamo Hotel. Then you will go to arrange travel permit in police office. City tours; Visit local market, napua hills and Wesaput. Back to the Hotel.

Dinner in the Restaurant & sleeping in the Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

D2:  Wamena-Klise (Best hiking & Trekking Southern)

After breakfast leaving to trek southern of Baliem valley. So from Baliem  Pilamo Hotel drive  to sogokmo.  Sogokmo Jetni, kurima,  Klise by trekking.

Lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight in the Klise Traditional Guest House.

D3 : TREKKING ON THE BEAUTIFUL IBIROMA

After breakfast, you trekking Ibiroma village enjoy with beautiful landscape of the mountains.  After lunch, you will visit tradtiona family in the village. You can watch a family cooking sweet potatoes in tradtional skill by burding rocks called Bakat Batu.   Dinner and sleeping in the Klise Village. (Traditional Guest House)

D4: Klise-Kurima-Syokosimo

After breakfast leaving to kurima by trekking so from Klise you will trek down hills to Kurima. You will walk next to the numerous sweet potatoes gardens and natural tree flowers. When you arrive Kurima village town you will cross suspension bridge to Seima, from seima crossing by foots path and pass wusagasem, Mugi Bridge to Syokosimo. Lunch on the way. Dinner and sleeping in Syokosimo village. (Local Village)

D5: Syokosimo-Ugem

Wake up, breakfast, and start walking cross Mugi hanging bridge, Wesangma, panoke and Ugem.

Arrival in Ugem village. You can rest with coffee and lunch. After that at 3pm your guide will take you to trekking Hitugi and back to Ugem by same way.

D6:  Ugem to Wamena

After breakfast you back to Wamena. So you will still trekking or walk your own foots to sogokmo. However here are some places/villages you will passes are Ekinem, Seima, Pilabaga and also you will cross second baliem hanging bridge. A Hanging Bridge beside which is a small memorial to a Japanese tourist and his local Dani Guide who drowned and get die. From the bridge 20 minute to sogokmo.  Sogokmo to wamena. Lunch on the way, Dinner in the restaurant and overnight in the Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

D7:  Tour north of Wamena

After breakfast start drive to the north there are some interesting you should visit they are Mummy in Jiwika village including with rural community. The villagers will accept you, other than carefully with photo shooting to them. Therefore ask them before you go to photograph. you can continue explore more north direction visit cave and trekking to and visit white sands in Akima. 

Drive back to Wamena, Hotel.

D8: Wamena to sentani-Bali

On this day, after breakfast leaving to Wamena airport by on your ticket flight numbers
